1. Who this covers
This policy explains what information MB Hotel collects when you visit mbhotel.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have. MB Hotel is located at 6525 Collins Avenue, Miami Beach, Florida 33141. [VERIFY — legal name of the operating company.] The hotel is independently owned and operated and uses the Trademark Collection by Wyndham brand under a license. [COUNSEL — confirm this wording against the franchise agreement.] Wyndham's own privacy notice does not cover this Site. This policy covers the Site only. Reservations, dining bookings and the websites we link to are run by others and have their own notices (section 5).
2. Information we collect
- What you send us. The contact form does not send anything to us by itself. It opens a message in your own email program with your first name, last name, email address and message filled in, and it reaches us only if you send it to information@mbhotel.com. If you email or call us, we keep what you send so we can reply. [VERIFY — update if a form service replaces the email hand-off.]
- Site usage (analytics). With your permission we use Google Analytics 4 to see how the Site is used: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how visitors arrived. If you accept, this uses cookies. If you decline or do not choose, we keep analytics cookies off, but Google's analytics code still loads and can receive the limited technical details every website visit involves, such as your IP address and browser type. - Technical logs. Our hosting provider records standard server information such as IP address, browser, pages requested and time, for security and reliability. [VERIFY — name the hosting provider and how long logs are kept.]
- Weather display. The weather and time shown in the page header come from Open-Meteo. Your browser connects to that service to load them, so it can see your IP address and browser details. We send it only the hotel's location, never yours.
- Fonts. [VERIFY — if the Adobe Fonts kit is added: "Our fonts are delivered by Adobe Fonts, which receives your IP address and browser details to do so."]
3. Cookies and similar technologies
When you first visit, a banner asks whether to allow analytics cookies. Accept turns Google Analytics cookies on; Decline keeps them off. We save your answer in your browser's local storage so we do not ask on every visit. You can change your answer at any time with the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. The Site does not use advertising cookies or social-media tracking tools. [VERIFY — confirm no advertising or social pixels are added before launch.]

4. How we use information
We use information to answer your messages and requests, to understand and improve the Site, to keep it secure, and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information. [COUNSEL — confirm the "sell" and "share" wording against the laws that apply.]
5. Booking, dining and other services
- Reservations. Choosing Reserve or Book Now takes you to a reservation page run by Wyndham or our booking provider. [VERIFY — the address that appears at launch: wyndhamhotels.com or SynXis.] The dates and number of guests you picked are passed along in the link. The names, contact details and payment card information you enter there are collected by that provider and the hotel to handle your reservation. Bookings made on wyndhamhotels.com are covered by Wyndham's Privacy Notice, not this policy. - Dining. "Find a Table" opens OpenTable, which handles those reservations under its own privacy policy.
- Other links. Links to Instagram, Wyndham Hotels, TripAdvisor and other sites lead to services with their own policies.
- Your stay. Information collected during a stay, such as at the front desk or through in-hotel services, is outside this Site policy. [COUNSEL — decide whether a separate guest privacy notice is needed, and what the franchise agreement says about guest data.]
6. Who else receives information
We use these providers to run the Site: Google (analytics), our hosting provider [VERIFY — name], and Open-Meteo (weather). They handle information to provide their service to us and under their own terms. We may also disclose information when the law requires it or to protect the hotel's rights, property or security.
7. How long we keep information
We keep emails and messages as long as needed to respond and to keep ordinary business records. 8. Security

10. Your choices and requests
