1. Agreement

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of mbhotel.com (the "Site"), operated by MB Hotel ("we," "us"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. 2. About MB Hotel and the Wyndham brand

MB Hotel is independently owned and operated and uses the Trademark Collection by Wyndham brand under a license. Wyndham, Trademark Collection and related names and logos are trademarks of Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, Inc. or its affiliates and are used under license. 3. Using the Site

The Site is for your personal, non-commercial use to learn about the hotel and plan a stay. You agree not to use it unlawfully; to copy it or collect its content with automated tools without our permission; to interfere with its operation or security; or to try to gain unauthorized access to it or to anything connected to it.

4. Information on the Site

We work to keep the Site accurate, but rates, availability, offers, hours, amenities and photographs can change and may contain errors. Descriptions are not a guarantee. The rate and terms shown when you complete a booking, and in your confirmation, control. We may correct errors, including pricing errors. 5. Reservations and hotel policies

• Booking. Reservations are made on a reservation page run by Wyndham or our booking provider. 6. Links and services run by others

The Site links to or uses services run by others, including Wyndham, our booking provider, OpenTable, Instagram, TripAdvisor and a weather data service. They have their own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for them.

7. Intellectual property

The Site's text, photographs, video, logos, design and other content belong to MB Hotel, its licensors or Wyndham, and are protected by law. You may view and print pages for personal use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or use them commercially, or use the MB Hotel or Wyndham names or logos, without written permission. 8. Disclaimers

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, MB Hotel is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. 10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
