Miami Swim Week is spread across the island — runway venues in South Beach, showrooms, trade appointments and a schedule that reshuffles daily. What most attendees actually need is not proximity to one venue but a base that works at both ends of the day: somewhere to get ready, somewhere to land afterwards, and water in between.
MB Hotel is on the ocean side of Collins Avenue in mid-Beach, with direct beach access behind the property, an outdoor pool deck and a rooftop above it. The south-of-the-causeway venues are a 12- to 15-minute ride down Collins.
The block itself is residential, which is the underrated part. Long days end quietly, and a 6am call time is survivable.

Mid-Beach is residential. There is no club noise through the window, which matters on the fourth night of a five-night schedule.
